Shlomo Arel moved to Chicago in 2010 in order to pursue his real estate and investing career. After working as a real estate agent in Seattle, Shlomo learned very quickly that the best thing to do is walk the streets and know the ins and outs of Chicago metro area, in order to provide the best and accurate information to his clients. He knew that the focus is on his clients and how can he provide them with the best service there is out there.

In all those years Shlomo learned how to help first-time home buyers who are looking to start their life and buy their biggest investment ever, or helping sellers in the process of preparing their home for the sale , and might looking to buy their new home. Since 2016 Shlomo has accrued a special designation, Sres’ (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Where he helps seniors (can be as young as 55) in their new chapter in life where they might want to sell their home , downsize, or relocate to a senior home.

Shlomo quickly gained our confidence in his ability to list and sell our condominium unit at our first meeting. He gave us numerous good suggestions for staging and preparing our property for sale. The beginning of the process began in mid-March with Shlomo's outline and timeframe of repairs and improvements. He brought in two painters, both of whom he has experience with, for estimates. The painting of the entire apartment took about 9 or 10 days and the result was fantastic. We made a couple of minor decisions on colors which Shlomo encouraged. French doors gave one bedroom a complete new look. A fan in the sunroom and a new chandelier in the living room were the other changes and improvements. Shlomo got us results immediately. We got an offer 4 days after the first open house, and we agreed on the sale price 3 days later. Later on, Shlomo intervened when negotiations got stalled and straightened matters out to our advantage by speaking with the buyers' agent directly.
