Shlomo quickly gained our confidence in his ability to list and sell our condominium unit at our first meeting. He gave us numerous good suggestions for staging and preparing our property for sale.
The beginning of the process began in mid-March with Shlomo’s outline and timeframe of repairs and improvements. He brought in two painters, both of whom he has experience with, for estimates. The painting of the entire apartment took about 9 or 10 days and the result was fantastic. We made a couple of minor decisions on colors which Shlomo encouraged.
French doors gave one bedroom a complete new look. A fan in the sunroom and a new chandelier in the living room were the other changes and improvements.
Shlomo got us results immediately. We got an offer 4 days after the first open house, and we agreed on the sale price 3 days later. Later on, Shlomo intervened when negotiations got stalled and straightened matters out to our advantage by speaking with the buyers’ agent directly.
